You don't have to be a health expert to comprehend that smoking is one of the worst things you could do for your health. Despite this knowledge, the majority of smokers have tried and failed to give up several times. All smokers need to try different methods to stop smoking as it can lead to many deadly illnesses and diseases.  The only possible downside to stopping is the stop smoking withdraw symptoms. So if you are considering taking up the nasty habbit of smoking please take note of these illnesses.  They are not at all pleasant and not worth it at all.  If you have children then please give up so that they don't have to witness you becoming very ill.  Also teach them about the risks of smoking and advise them to stay well away.
